Philip Kholos has been studying meditation and yoga for 23 years. He became a yoga instructor through the Omega Institute and trained in other mind/body systems including mindfulness meditation, martial arts and pilates. As he studied the different systems he began using musical metaphor to connect concepts from the various mind/body approaches. Eventually, Philip developed the Conductors Meditation series as a method for understanding and adjusting different aspects of the energy body.
Philip has taught to many different personality types and has found the musical analogy to be accessible to a wide range of perspectives. Prior to teaching yoga Philip worked as a corporate finance analyst and graduated with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
